๐ซ What Happened on the Flight?
- The Air India Flight AI 171 took off from Ahmedabad, heading to London via Mumbai.
- Just a few minutes after takeoff, the aircraft started shaking violently.
- Oxygen masks dropped, alarms rang, and passengers began screaming and praying.
“I felt like the plane was falling. People were crying, some were shouting God's name.” – Vishwas recalled.

- The plane lost control and crashed into a medical college hostel in Meghani Nagar.
- The crash caused a huge explosion, and almost everyone onboard died instantly.
- Vishwas was sitting near the wing, his seatbelt tightly fastened.
๐ช How Did He Survive?
- After the crash, the cabin was filled with smoke and fire.
- Vishwas was injured but conscious.
- He noticed that a part of the aircraft had broken open near an emergency exit.
- Despite pain in his legs, he crawled toward the gap.
“I didn’t think I would make it. But I saw a light – and I just moved.”
- He pulled himself out of the broken door and fell onto the grass outside.
- Nearby residents, already rushing to help, carried him to safety.

- He was taken to Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, with burns and leg injuries.
- Doctors said it was a miracle that he had no internal damage.
- He was conscious, talking, and asking about his parents (who sadly died in the crash).
